Product warranty

The original receipt is required for all warranty services. We agree to repair or replace any items which we deem to be damaged due to a manifacturing defect this warranty doesn’t include coverage for excesive wear and tear/physicial or accidental abuse/loss or theft. Repairing, resizing or service performed by any other then MHJ will immediately void the warranty.

Are there any costs associated with returning my package?

Returning items is at your own expense. We don't refund the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Except if it's a fault made by Maya handicrafts jewelry. Maya handicrafts jewelry can in no way be liable for lost or damaged shipments.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after processing your return. The method of repayment depends on how you paid for your order.
